Our Recipes – Whole Spaghetti With Avocado Cream And Crispy Chickpeas

Spaghetti Ingredients

  • 300 gr of whole spaghetti
  • 3 avocado
  • 30 gr of lime juice
  • 20 gr of extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 8 gr of chives

Crispy Chickpeas Ingredients

  • 250 gr precoocked chickpeas
  • 10 gr of flour 00
  • 10 gr of extra virgin olive oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pink pepper

Instructions For Crispy Chickpeas

  1. Dry the chickpeas well with kitchen paper.
  2. Put them in a bowl with 10 gr of flour and mix well.
  3. Roll them out in a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
  4. After 20 minutes place them in a sieve to remove excess flour.
  5. As a last procedure put the chickpeas in a container and add the extra virgin olive oil, the pink pepper and lime, keeping warm.

Instructions For Spaghetti

  1. Put the pasta to boil.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the avocado cream.
  3. Put the avocado pulp in a bowl.
  4. Season it with extra virgin olive oil, salt and lime.
  5. Get a cream with an immersion blender.
  6. At last add 8 gr of chives cut into small rounds.
  7. Remove the pasta when cooked and put in a bowl.
  8. Add the avocado cream and mix.
  9. Add the crispy chickpeas.
