Cook With Us – Strawberries Crumble

The strawberry season has already started and we couldn’t miss it. Ready with a special recipe dedicated to our vegan friends. So follow us

Ingredients ( Vegan & Gluten Free )

  • 160 gr of oat flakes
  • 120 gr of rice flour
  • 70 gr of almond
  • 12 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • 10 tablespoons of rice syrup (or agave)
  • a pinch of cinammon
  • 250 gr of strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a blender mix together the almonds and oat flakes until they are reduced to flour
  2. Pour the flour thus obtained into a bowl and then add the rice flour and ground cinnamon.
  3. Add the sunflower oil and the rice syrup forming a rather solid dough with a shortcrust pastry consistency
  4. Spread by hand in a cake pan with a tickness of about 1/2 cm (leave some dough for the final garnish)
  5. Cut the strawberries into slices and spread it on the base
  6. Sprinkle the layer of strawberries with the advanced mixture, crumbling it, and add also some sliced almonds
  7. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 min
