Cook With Us – Mango Lassi
Ingredients ( 2 people )
- 2 mangos ( peeled, stone removed and diced )
- 2 cups low fat natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125g) caster sugar
- ice cubes
- In a blender, mix mangos, yogurt, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
