Cook With Us – Whole Spaghetti With Avocado Cream And Crispy Chickpeas
Spaghetti Ingredients
- 300 gr of whole spaghetti
- 3 avocado
- 30 gr of lime juice
- 20 gr of extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- 8 gr of chives
Crispy Chickpeas Ingredients
- 250 gr precoocked chickpeas
- 10 gr of flour 00
- 10 gr of extra virgin olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pink pepper

Instructions For Crispy Chickpeas
- Dry the chickpeas well with kitchen paper.
- Put them in a bowl with 10 gr of flour and mix well.
- Roll them out in a baking tray covered with baking paper and cook for 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
- After 20 minutes place them in a sieve to remove excess flour.
- As a last procedure put the chickpeas in a container and add the extra virgin olive oil, the pink pepper and lime, keeping warm.
Instructions For Spaghetti
- Put the pasta to boil.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the avocado cream.
- Put the avocado pulp in a bowl.
- Season it with extra virgin olive oil, salt and lime.
- Get a cream with an immersion blender.
- At last add 8 gr of chives cut into small rounds.
- Remove the pasta when cooked and put in a bowl.
- Add the avocado cream and mix.
- Add the crispy chickpeas.
